On May 7th, 2026 Survivor Justice Center hosted its annual awards gala, the organization’s largest fundraiser, bringing together over 500 community members including leaders from the legal, nonprofit, corporate, and entertainment sectors.

At the gala, we celebrated the efforts of those working to promote the safety and stability of survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. This year, Survivor Justice Center is proud to have recognized the following honorees: actor and activist Alyssa Milano with the Voice for Justice award, California Senator Susan Rubio with the Phoenix Award, Honorable Mark A. Juhas with the Justice Award, and law firm Sheppard as our Pro Bono Partner of the Year.

The 2026 Bridge to Justice Gala featured two inspiring client testimonials, who courageously spoke about their journeys to safety. We were also proud to feature local artists, the Mariachi Divas, who provided lively entertainment for all to enjoy, and Joe Hernandez-Kolski as our incredible emcee.

Thanks to our generous sponsors and donors, we raised over $560,000 to fund free legal representation and community-based services for low-income survivors!
