On March 15, 2025, the Survivor Justice Center successfully held its 5th Annual Empower Run at Dodger Stadium in partnership with the LA 5K. The event brought together our community of supporters who ran and walked in solidarity with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

The inclusive event welcomed participants of all ages and abilities—runners, walkers, and families with strollers—with over 8,000 people in attendance. Participants enjoyed a scenic course through Elysian Park, starting and finishing in front of the iconic Dodger Stadium.

Funds raised by the 2025 Empower Run provide access to free representation and legal services to low-income survivors and help them secure safety, justice and stability.
