In the past two months alone, our team has opened nearly 70 new legal matters for survivors and\u00a0closed over 75 cases. We&#8217;ve been able to secure over 130 successful legal outcomes for survivors, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 restraining orders<\/li>\n<li>12 work permits, and<\/li>\n<li>15 favorable custody orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each of these wins means a survivor is now safe, free from violence and has a pathway to stability and security for herself and her children. Like Ida* whose story we highlight in this month&#8217;s\u00a0<span class=\"markzepl5prtj\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">newsletter<\/span>, who can finally feel safe in her own home.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>I am also excited to share our first Summer Reading List!
